AGE RESTRICTION
No information is gathered from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for Sroups or do not provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete the information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have information from a child under age 13, please contact us. We strongly recommend that minors, that are 13 years of age or older, get their parents approval before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet and we encourage parents to educate their children about safe internet use practices.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Information About Yourself
When you sign up for Sroups you provide us with your name, e-mail, gender, and birth date. During the registration process, you customize your avatar to represent yourself on Sroups virtual world. We ask for your gender and date of birth to verify that you are 13 or older. You can not delete your birth date and gender information as they are required fields
- Transactional Information
You will manage your information on platforms such as Facebook, Wordpress via admin screens that we will provide for you. Some transactions on these admin screens will be stored.
THIRD PARTIES
Information of registered members on platforms you manage with Sroups user account is received as much as those social groups allow. Information exchange is done by internationally accepted OpenSocial (API specification). OpenSocial is used by many network programs.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We do our best to keep your information secure but we also need your help. Please do not share system access information with anyone including Sroups Support Team.
- Steps To Keep Your Information Safe
We store your account information on a secure server protected by firewall. When you enter personal information such as your password, we encode this information by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.Besides to improve safety, we use automatic and social precautions (such as determining different or out-of-ordinary behaviours). We can suspend or close an account if we see any risk to abusing the use of Sroups account (such as managing inappropriate platforms through Sroups).

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. You can reduce these risks by using security practices such as choosing a strong password, using different passwords for different services, and using up-to-date antivirus software.
